20-110mm PVC PE HDPE Plastic Pipe Production Line Good quality CE approval

This production line is consist of 70 single high speed screw extruder, high speed pipe die head, vacuum calibration tank, immersion cooling water tank, III type haul-off, φ110 cutting machine and pipe pile up device.

The barrel of the extruder owns feeding part grooves which obviously improves the production. With the high production, to insure the plasticizing quality of materials, we use separated screw. The molten material go over the isolation space of vice-thread from the solid material into liquid area. The optimal design of the vice-thread isolation space ensures that only the molten material can enter the isolation space so that only the molten material can be conveyed to the top of screw. Meanwhile, several rank dowels are set on the top to more homogenize the material, reduce the radial temperature difference and lower the extrusion temperature of the pipe.

Die head owns screw die head and has high mechanical strength.

The part between water and vacuum calibration tank and spray tank is made of stainless steel and ABS.
