75-110mm PPR pipe production/extrusion/making line

The whole production line: 70 single screw high speed extruder, high speed Pipe machine head, vacuum setting machine, Immersion Cooling tank, III Type traction machine, φ110 chadless cutting machine, piling bin. Producing pipe diameter is φ75-φ110. Total machine power is 80KW. Total length is 28m.

The machine barrel of the extruder adopt grooved barrel in the feed zone. It obviously improve the capacity. For making sure the plasticize quality, the screw adopt the separated screw. In that case, the fused material pass the backlash of the screw thread pair to liquid phase zone from the solid material. We make sure that only the fused material can pass the backlash of the screw thread pair. So it also ensure only fused material can get into the head of screw. Meanwhile, there is exhaust valve in to make the material uniform and Obviously reduce the Radial difference in temperature, Lower the material temperature.  The machine head adopt spiral head, it can improve the pipe strength.  The Vacuum tank and spray tank material is Stainless steel and engineering plastic
